At Black Creek Hill Farms, we are committed to giving children and families the chance to experience the joy of horseback riding and farm life, regardless of their background or financial situation. Our mission is to provide these opportunities to those who may not otherwise have access, and with your help, we can expand our reach to the entire community.

We offer flexible monetary and non-monetary donations, as well as tiered sponsorship opportunities, allowing businesses and individuals to contribute in meaningful ways. Whether through financial support, goods, services, or equipment, your contribution will help us continue offering life-changing experiences to all who visit the farm.

 

Together, we can make the dream of horseback riding a reality for everyone in our community!

 

*Please Note that, while becoming a 501C is our goal, we are currently not a 501C and donations are not tax deductible.

Monetary Donations

Monetary donations are essential for the continuation and growth of our programs. Contributions will be used to:

  • Provide free pony rides, riding lessons, and summer camp opportunities for children.

  • Cover the costs of camp supplies such as craft materials, snacks, meals, and assistive riding gear.

  • Purchase arena props and other equipment to enhance the farm experience.

  • Support ongoing farm operations and help maintain affordable pricing for all families.

Non-Monetary Donations

In addition to monetary support, we also welcome non-monetary donations that will directly benefit the farm and our programs. Items and services we are currently seeking include:

  • Farm equipment and horse care supplies.

  • Camp supplies, such as t-shirts, first aid kits, snacks, and craft materials.

  • Construction materials for building and maintaining barns, fences, and other farm structures.

  • Veterinary care, landscaping services, photography, labor for repairs, and event-related services like face painting or prizes.

  • Food and beverages for events, camps, or open houses.

We offer a variety of sponsorship tiers, each with unique benefits designed to recognize your contribution. No matter which tier you choose, your company will be prominently featured as a valued partner in our mission. Together, we can make a lasting impact and help make dreams come true for families in our community.

  • Bronze $200 (Or equal non-monetary service/item)

    • Your company will receive a one-time dedicated shout-out across our social media platforms, which are seamlessly integrated with our website. This strategic exposure will significantly broaden your company's visibility and reach, connecting you with a wider audience both online and through our website.

    • 4 passes to our petting zoo.  (including 2 cups of Treats)    

  • Silver $350  (Or equal non-monetary service/item)

    • Your company will receive a shout-out on our platforms.

    • Additionally, we will create a post showing your sponsorship and how it helped. 

    • 4 Free passes to our petting zoo. (including 2 cups of Treats) 

  • Gold $500  (Or equal non-monetary service/item)

    • Your company will receive a shout-out,

    • a post about your sponsorship and our appreciation to your company including company logo and where to find you. 

    • a logo on our website for 12 months.

    • 4 free passes to our petting zoo (including 2 cups of Treats) 

    • 2 passes to an event.

    • You may place a business yard sign at our entrance on Hwy 50, Benson, for 60 days. 

  • Platinum $1,000 +  (Or equal non-monetary service/item)

    • a post showing what your company has sponsored, and where they can find your business. 

    • A link to your website/business page from our website for 12 months.

    • 2 free riding lessons or trail rides at the Farm. 

    • You may place an advertisement banner or yard sign at our entrance on Hwy 50 for 90 days. 

    • 4 free passes to our petting zoo.  (including 2 cups of Treats)
